50 hour inspection, required by manufacturer's inspection requirement manual, section XXX, page Y, overflown by 3.4 hours. Inspection has since been performed. Reason for inspection overfly: insufficient turnover/delegation of monitoring the aircraft flying times. Since then, a formal turnover/review has been implemented.

Narrative: 50 HR INSPECTION, REQUIRED BY MANUFACTURER'S INSPECTION REQUIREMENT MANUAL, SECTION XXX, PAGE Y, OVERFLOWN BY 3.4 HRS. INSPECTION HAS SINCE BEEN PERFORMED. REASON FOR INSPECTION OVERFLY: INSUFFICIENT TURNOVER/DELEGATION OF MONITORING THE ACFT FLYING TIMES. SINCE THEN, A FORMAL TURNOVER/REVIEW HAS BEEN IMPLEMENTED.
