Narrative:
On jun/xx/97 I noticed that my temporary airmen certificate had expired. I immediately notified my flight office. The cause of this incident would be my failure to keep track (in 22 yrs I never had this problem before) and the FAA's record keeping and certification procedures.

Title: AN ACR B747 FO ALLOWED HIS TEMPORARY AIRMEN'S CERTIFICATE TO EXPIRE BEFORE HIS PERMANENT CERTIFICATE ARRIVED. HE NOTIFIED HIS FLT DEPT AS SOON AS HE REALIZED WHAT HAD HAPPENED.
Narrative: ON JUN/XX/97 I NOTICED THAT MY TEMPORARY AIRMEN CERTIFICATE HAD EXPIRED. I IMMEDIATELY NOTIFIED MY FLT OFFICE. THE CAUSE OF THIS INCIDENT WOULD BE MY FAILURE TO KEEP TRACK (IN 22 YRS I NEVER HAD THIS PROB BEFORE) AND THE FAA'S RECORD KEEPING AND CERTIFICATION PROCS.
