Narrative:

While taxiing a learjet I advised the PIC that we were told to hold short of runway 30 and that it was just ahead of us. The PIC acknowledged and continued to taxi. I thought he was going to hold short of the runway but didn't. I then told him that we were entering an active runway and to stop. We were about runway centerline before we halted and a light plane (C172) passed approximately 80-100 ft above us landing on runway 30. I advised the tower we were on the runway and exited soon after. Tower ordered next aircraft to go around.
