Narrative:

A sunny afternoon in the wrangell mountains on a southwest exposed glacier, altitude 8700 ft. After 2 practice lndgs we shoot another one on little steeper terrain. Touchdown uneventful, during left turn right ski started working into snow causing right wingtip striking snow too. Aircraft went onto nose. Minor damage on wingtip and lower engine cowling and right ski. After temporary repair flown off the glacier without further problems. Considerations: bad judgement of landing site especially regarding position of sun and slope plus speed during turn.
