Engine blade failure, engine secured, precautionary emergency declared ZTL. Returned to clt. Overweight landing made. Passenger off loaded at gate. No injuries, no further damage to aircraft, other than contained blade failure. Supplemental information from acn 369169: climbing through 19000 ft a loud bang followed by aircraft shake. Left engine EPR was 1.1, we suspected damage.
