Narrative:
On descent into pasco, wa, late at night, center cleared us from FL350 to FL240. I descended down to FL233 and immediately climbed back to FL240. There was no traffic conflict. Just distraction and tired. I did not recall getting a '1000 ft above' call from the captain.

Title: B727 ACFT CLRED TO FL240. RPTR FO, PF, OVERSHOT ALT BY 700 FT, BUT THEN RETURNED TO ASSIGNED.
Narrative: ON DSCNT INTO PASCO, WA, LATE AT NIGHT, CTR CLRED US FROM FL350 TO FL240. I DSNDED DOWN TO FL233 AND IMMEDIATELY CLBED BACK TO FL240. THERE WAS NO TFC CONFLICT. JUST DISTR AND TIRED. I DID NOT RECALL GETTING A '1000 FT ABOVE' CALL FROM THE CAPT.
