Narrative:

It was a CAT and dog fight all the way to teb, she was not talking to anyone. Closer to teb I was handed off to teb tower and advise the sabreliner was talking to teb tower. On check-in they advise me I was to follow sabreliner. I told the tower I was 1-2 mi in front of sabreliner. Tower said I was #1 for teb. Woman pilot (no names -- can't remember tail number) said she 'was doing the legal speed limit.' I was 30 KTS (by controller) faster than sabreliner indicating 240 KTS. She was at 210 KTS. Under far 91.117 as long as I am outside airport area or not on a VFR corridor I was ok for 250 KTS down to 10000 ft.
