Narrative:

While in cruise at FL390 on the return leg home, I experienced abdominal pain and illness requiring that I change seats with the other pilot who is also type rated in the aircraft. After an additional 30 min time, approximately 35 mins from our destination, severe pain required me to leave the flight deck in the interest of safety, whereby the other pilot made a normal descent in good WX and landed safely. An awaiting ambulance took me to a hospital for treatment of kidney stones.
