Narrative:

Air carrier abc advised by controller of our position. Advised contact and was cleared for VFR climb over us. Air carrier abc passed over us to close vertically and right on top. Could not have seen us in that position. Any turbulence might have caused problem or event. My passenger became alarmed. Notice to ATC of abc being too close provoked response by supervisor that abc was on VFR climb with us in sight. Immediate handoff. Abc was too close to initiate climb over us.
