Narrative:

We taxied into position and hold on runway 22R at ord. We sat in position for about 30 seconds and I noticed an ATR going around on runway 27R. I looked down and noticed the radio frequency was 120.77 vice 120.75. We switched back to 120.75 and was told by ATC that we had caused ATR to go around because we were not on the frequency. I told ATC what had happened and was subsequently cleared for takeoff. We suspect the frequency select knob was bumped while checking the confign switch per checklist while taking the runway.

I LOOKED DOWN AND NOTICED THE RADIO FREQ WAS 120.77 VICE 120.75. WE SWITCHED BACK TO 120.75 AND WAS TOLD BY ATC THAT WE HAD CAUSED ATR TO GAR BECAUSE WE WERE NOT ON THE FREQ. I TOLD ATC WHAT HAD HAPPENED AND WAS SUBSEQUENTLY CLRED FOR TKOF. WE SUSPECT THE FREQ SELECT KNOB WAS BUMPED WHILE CHKING THE CONFIGN SWITCH PER CHKLIST WHILE TAKING THE RWY.
