Air interrupt due to center hydraulic system failure. In climb passing approximately FL180, center hydraulic reservoir low EICAS and associated lights came on. Center hydraulic reservoir indicated RF and a quantity of near zero. Appropriate checklist items were accomplished. Returned to land at dfw runway 17R. Landing weight was 200000 pounds. Logbook entries for center hydraulic and overweight landing were made.

Title: B757 RETURNS TO LAND AT DFW BECAUSE OF LOSS OF CTR TANK HYD FLUID. LANDED OVERWT SINCE B757'S DON'T HAVE FUEL DUMP CAPABILITY.
