Narrative:

Failed to close IFR flight plan at non twred airport. Approach handed off to unicom while on NDB approach. Airport operator advised that ATC had called. That is when I discovered that I had not closed flight plan.

Narrative: FAILED TO CLOSE IFR FLT PLAN AT NON TWRED ARPT. APCH HANDED OFF TO UNICOM WHILE ON NDB APCH. ARPT OPERATOR ADVISED THAT ATC HAD CALLED. THAT IS WHEN I DISCOVERED THAT I HAD NOT CLOSED FLT PLAN.
