Narrative:

Visual approach to runway 4L. Gear selected down, antiskid inoperative. Go around from 1500 ft used checklist volume #15 (company aircraft manual) derived minimum runway required and requested a runway with an additional 3000 ft. Requested trucks for landing and taxi. Took our time. PF handled ATC, PNF did all the book work and communication with crew, passenger and company.
