Narrative:
Cruising eastbound at FL270 in the vicinity of rod VOR, the TCASII issued an RA and called for a descent. We leveled at approximately FL255 and initiated a climb back to FL270. The other aircraft was also issued a TCASII RA instructing a climb. Vertical separation is unknown. A computer outage at ZID appears to be a contributing factor.
