Narrative:

Landing during rollout at dca, instructed to turn at taxiway F. While on rollout at dca runway 18 we were instructed to turn on taxiway F or runway 21 for landing traffic. We turned onto runway 21 and tower instructed traffic to go around and told us we had turned onto runway 21 and was supposed to roll through. Supplemental information from acn 364079: landing instructions going into dca included the instructions to turn off at taxiway F or runway 21 for other aircraft arriving dca. During landing rollout an aircraft landing runway 21 was instructed to go around. We used runway 21 for our turn due to our speed.
