Narrative:
Upon climb out at hut (field of departure), I noticed that the nosegear was still fully extended and the right main was partially retracted when the gear was retracted, and no gear up light indication. I cycled the gear and would get a green down light, but could visually (through the mirrors on the main fuel tanks) tell that the right main was not down and locking. I proceeded to my home airport 40 mi away and called the unicom, asking for our mechanic to give me a visual during low approach. His indications were that the gear was down and locked. Upon landing the second pass, I shut the right engine down and feathered the propeller as a precaution. As the aircraft's landing rollout was coming to a halt, the right gear collapsed. The reason: bolt on overctr locking arm had sheared.

Title: C310 PLT HAS A R GEAR PROB, WILL NOT RETRACT NOR EXTEND. NO GREEN SAFE LIGHT ON GEAR DOWN POS. LANDS WITH R ENG SHUT DOWN, PROP FEATHERED. R GEAR COLLAPSES. BOLT ON OVERCTR LOCKING ARM THAT RETRACTS, EXTENDS AND LOCKS GEAR, WAS SHEARED.
