Narrative:
En route to hli for hli 7 arrival and cleared to FL240. Due to cockpit distractions (initiating engine anti-ice, frequency change, heading change) we momentarily descended below FL240 to approximately FL235 and then immediately initiated correction back to FL240. In the future, I will plan more emphasis on complying with clearance in spite of cockpit workload.

Title: B727 CARGO ON HLI 7 STAR MEM DSNDING TO FL240. SO TRAINING IN PROGRESS, INITIATING ENG ANTI-ICE, FREQ CHANGE, AND HEADING CHANGE RESULTED IN OVERSHOOTING ALT 500 FT. NO COMMENT FROM CTLR.
Narrative: ENRTE TO HLI FOR HLI 7 ARR AND CLRED TO FL240. DUE TO COCKPIT DISTRACTIONS (INITIATING ENG ANTI-ICE, FREQ CHANGE, HEADING CHANGE) WE MOMENTARILY DSNDED BELOW FL240 TO APPROX FL235 AND THEN IMMEDIATELY INITIATED CORRECTION BACK TO FL240. IN THE FUTURE, I WILL PLAN MORE EMPHASIS ON COMPLYING WITH CLRNC IN SPITE OF COCKPIT WORKLOAD.
