Title: ACFT FLOWN WITH APU INOP. APU HAD BEEN WRITTEN UP AND MEL'ED BUT HAD NOT BEEN PROPERLY CLRED BY MAINT. ACFT WAS FLOWN SINCE THEN WITH AN IMPROPER LOGBOOK WRITE-UP.
