Narrative:

On mar/xx/97 we were accomplishing an engine change on aircraft #2 engine. We hung the nose cowl and apparently the PT2 sense line was missed. Found on arrival at abc. The line was hooked up and checked ok. The WX was very poor raining heavily. Callback conversation with reporter acn #362766 revealed the following information: stated the engine was changed outside in a driving rain storm and the ramp was unlighted which contributed to the failure to connect the EPR PT2 line. The crew, which changed this engine, had changed numerous engines in the past with no problems.
