Narrative:

Received a very brief TCASII RA while approximately over the little airfield on the western shore of lake lewisville, no target was seen on the TCASII display and the first officer, as PF, just slowed the rate of descent. Following this, very brief RA and the clear of conflict message immediately sounded. I did not, as PNF, visually see another target during that visual approach to runway 17C at dfw.
