Location: southeast mia. While captain was flying, passing 1500 ft on climb out from mia, we got ECAM warning of green hydraulic reservoir low level. Confirmed loss of quantity and pressure. Accomplished ECAM, emergency, and abnormal checklists. Declared emergency with center. Manually lowered landing gear and made an uneventful landing at mia. Aircraft was towed to the gate due to loss of nosewheel steering.

Narrative: LOCATION: SE MIA. WHILE CAPT WAS FLYING, PASSING 1500 FT ON CLBOUT FROM MIA, WE GOT ECAM WARNING OF GREEN HYD RESERVOIR LOW LEVEL. CONFIRMED LOSS OF QUANTITY AND PRESSURE.
