Narrative:

Assigned oxygen service on aircraft. Found service panel gauge reading zero. Checked gauge on oxygen bottle reading within service limits. Closed valve in preparation to replace service panel gauge. Pulled up maintenance manual and ordered parts. Back at aircraft checked circuit breaker (reset). Rechked service panel gauge and found to be reading actual system pressure. Svced oxygen and closed up aircraft, forgetting that I had closed the oxygen bottle shut off valve.
