Narrative:
Took turn toward localizer that was for another aircraft with similar call sign. Discovered by approach. Corrective action: turned and climbed. Perception: anticipating turn instructions. Factors: end of 7 hour (actual) 3 leg duty period sfo-mem-ind-dtw. Supplemental information from acn 362116: I noticed on our TCASII targets on the final including 1 at 12 O'clock, 2 mi and 500 ft behind us as I was heading east. No climb and turn away to the 320 degree heading.
