Narrative:

Had departed mlu airport on business flight home. WX is not reported for airport 6r0. WX was worse than forecast. After 1.5 hour flight in turbulence and rain, shot VOR 18 to minimums of 460 ft to 6r0. I was fatigued due to nature of trip and business. As I taxied in I tried to position plane to put near hangar on ramp. As I pivoted, wingtip struck dark colored gas truck parked on airplane ramp. It was dusk, dark overcast and unlighted. Truck not supposed to be parked on the ramp there under airport rules. Due to darkness, tight confines and misjudgement with fatigue a factor. Airplane hangared at 6r0 and truck parked on ramp between hangar and planes parked on ramp.
