Narrative:

Location: departure aus runway 31. Covering back side. FAA on jump seat on climb out. Speed was 250 KTS. Still within air traffic area, should have been at 230 KTS. Nothing was said by tower or FAA jump seater. In fact he probably did not see it. But just in case he did, here is a report. Nothing like being paranoid.

Narrative: LOCATION: DEP AUS RWY 31. COVERING BACK SIDE. FAA ON JUMP SEAT ON CLBOUT. SPD WAS 250 KTS. STILL WITHIN ATA, SHOULD HAVE BEEN AT 230 KTS. NOTHING WAS SAID BY TWR OR FAA JUMP SEATER. IN FACT HE PROBABLY DID NOT SEE IT. BUT JUST IN CASE HE DID, HERE IS A RPT. NOTHING LIKE BEING PARANOID.
