Flight schedules that provide for 12 hour days, 8 hours rest, and no provision for nutritional needs, causes one's body to become fatigued, impairing judgement and reaction times. Far part 121 is entirely inadequate.

Narrative: FLT SCHEDULES THAT PROVIDE FOR 12 HR DAYS, 8 HRS REST, AND NO PROVISION FOR NUTRITIONAL NEEDS, CAUSES ONE'S BODY TO BECOME FATIGUED, IMPAIRING JUDGEMENT AND REACTION TIMES. FAR PART 121 IS ENTIRELY INADEQUATE.
