Received clearance to apparently cross 50 mi west of csn at FL280. Heard 5 mi west at FL280. Set 10 mi west at FL280 for cushion in FMC. Approximately 55 mi west of csn while still at FL410 center queried about 50 mi west restr. Immediately left cruise and descended to FL280 but missed the restr.
