Narrative: UPON PUSHBACK FROM THE GATE IN PBI, THE OXYGEN MASKS WERE INADVERTENTLY DEPLOYED. SUBSEQUENTLY THE PAX SVC UNITS WERE CLOSED AND THE FLT CONTINUED ON TO CLT.
