Narrative:

Aircraft flew a normal visual approach with ILS backup, normal touchdown until reverse thrust was initiated, then asymmetrical reversing caused the aircraft to exit the side of the runway. An emergency evacuate/evacuation was performed. Braking action was reported as poor.
