Narrative:
VFR flight from spg-opf. Spg tower cleared me for takeoff on runway 24 with a left turn after takeoff on course to the southeast. Approaching 1400 ft, the tower advised me to remain below 1200 ft due to tpa's class B airspace. I immediately descended to 1000 ft MSL. The miami sectional's depiction of the class B airspace south of spg is very unclr. The class B depiction in this area conflicts with other depictions/markings on the chart, and it is virtually impossible to identify the class B airspace in that area. The class B airspace should be better depicted on the sectional chart for the area south and southeast of spg.
