Narrative:

We were cleared to taxi and hold short of runway 27R. As we approached the hold short line, another aircraft on the other taxiway taxied in front of our aircraft. The controller said he had forgotten he had cleared us in front of other aircraft and forgot about him. We stopped and the other aircraft taxied on. No conflict. Suggestion: with all the aircraft using taxiway north to get to runway 27L for departure and aircraft landing on runway 27R and taxiing east after landing, maybe a new taxi pattern could be established.

Title: ACR B757 TAXIING TO RWY 27L HOLD LINE IS CUT OFF BY A B767 ON INTERSECTING TXWY. PLT FEELS THAT NEW TAXI ROUTINGS SHOULD BE ESTABLISHED DUE TO TFC CONGESTION.

Narrative: WE WERE CLRED TO TAXI AND HOLD SHORT OF RWY 27R. AS WE APCHED THE HOLD SHORT LINE, ANOTHER ACFT ON THE OTHER TXWY TAXIED IN FRONT OF OUR ACFT. THE CTLR SAID HE HAD FORGOTTEN HE HAD CLRED US IN FRONT OF OTHER ACFT AND FORGOT ABOUT HIM. WE STOPPED AND THE OTHER ACFT TAXIED ON. NO CONFLICT. SUGGESTION: WITH ALL THE ACFT USING TXWY N TO GET TO RWY 27L FOR DEP AND ACFT LNDG ON RWY 27R AND TAXIING E AFTER LNDG, MAYBE A NEW TAXI PATTERN COULD BE ESTABLISHED.
