Narrative:

We were level at 3000 ft on an assigned heading for hpn. We received a TCASII RA to climb, which we complied with. We climbed to 3600 ft and when the clear of conflict message was received we returned to 3000 ft. We advised ATC of the conflict during the climb and when we returned to altitude.

Narrative: WE WERE LEVEL AT 3000 FT ON AN ASSIGNED HDG FOR HPN. WE RECEIVED A TCASII RA TO CLB, WHICH WE COMPLIED WITH. WE CLBED TO 3600 FT AND WHEN THE CLR OF CONFLICT MESSAGE WAS RECEIVED WE RETURNED TO 3000 FT. WE ADVISED ATC OF THE CONFLICT DURING THE CLB AND WHEN WE RETURNED TO ALT.
