Narrative:

In takeoff, after rotation, C172 did not appear to develop sufficient power on climb out. Aircraft settled to runway and moved to the runway edge by a wind gust. Aircraft struck a runway light on left stabilizer. Aircraft returned to runway and was taxied off on own power. Damage to aircraft was a small dent on the leading edge of the left stabilizer and grazed right wingtip. No injuries.

Title: C172 LOST CTL ON TKOF AND WAS BLOWN OFF THE RWY AND STRUCK A RWY LIGHT WHICH DAMAGED THE ACFT.

Narrative: IN TKOF, AFTER ROTATION, C172 DID NOT APPEAR TO DEVELOP SUFFICIENT PWR ON CLBOUT. ACFT SETTLED TO RWY AND MOVED TO THE RWY EDGE BY A WIND GUST. ACFT STRUCK A RWY LIGHT ON L STABILIZER.
