Narrative:
We were holding at macey due to traffic saturation in atl. Finally approach took us. Center gave us a late crossing restr at womac. Also, we were high and restr to 250 KTS. We almost made the restr. I should have told center up front we were unable. There was no conflict and approach never questioned us.

Narrative: WE WERE HOLDING AT MACEY DUE TO TFC SATURATION IN ATL. FINALLY APCH TOOK US. CTR GAVE US A LATE XING RESTR AT WOMAC. ALSO, WE WERE HIGH AND RESTR TO 250 KTS. WE ALMOST MADE THE RESTR. I SHOULD HAVE TOLD CTR UP FRONT WE WERE UNABLE. THERE WAS NO CONFLICT AND APCH NEVER QUESTIONED US.
