Narrative:

On duty for 9 hours 15 mins, tired. Distractions with deicing, snow, jump seat rider who had fellow pilot killed in crash in detroit few hours earlier. Expected runway 27, got runway 18. Had read departure before taxi. After takeoff could not get departure. We had been given wrong frequency. Missed the turn at 1.5 DME off ILS. Departure queried us asking if we were on a noise abatement heading. We said no. He said 'ok' fly present heading to intercept outbound course. We did.

Title: A DEPARTING ACR ACFT IS ASSIGNED A RWY DIFFERENT THAN ANTICIPATED AND DID NOT TURN AT 1 PT 5 MI AS PUBLISHED. DEP CTLR QUESTIONED THE HEADING AND INSTRUCTED THE PLT TO MAINTAIN PRESENT HEADING. PDC FREQ WRONG.
