Narrative:
Problems continue with cty radar at jacksonville ARTCC. Aircraft #1, tpa-ewr climbing to FL310 on radar vectors to keep aircraft #1 away from aircraft #2. Great amount of target jump as aircraft passed abeam each other. Callback conversation with reporter revealed the following information: reporter indicated that there is no longer a problem with target jumping on the cty radar.

CALLBACK CONVERSATION WITH RPTR REVEALED THE FOLLOWING INFO: RPTR INDICATED THAT THERE IS NO LONGER A PROB WITH TARGET JUMPING ON THE CTY RADAR.
