Narrative:

On landing roll from an automatic land CAT ii approach, a serving cart in aft galley rolled entire length of cabin and crashed through cockpit door taking door off hinges. It also damaged aircraft circuit breaker panel. Flight attendant said cart was secured for landing and somehow came free. This was an empty ferry flight. Had the cockpit door not been closed the damage to radio console or myself could have been severe. We were lucky. (Always keep cockpit door closed).
