Narrative:

Following an inadvertent packs-off takeoff we experienced pressurization problems. We descended to 10000 ft to troubleshoot the problem when the #1 flight attendant told us of a burning rubber smell in the main cabin. We then noticed that our packs were off but decided to disregard that problem as we were then making an emergency landing in pit due to the fumes in the cabin. The landing and subsequent inspection by the pittsburgh fire department was uneventful.
