Narrative:

Takeoff below takeoff minimums. The simple truth is being in a hurry to depart before the WX went any lower. I know the regulations, but rushing the thought process in low IFR is not a good idea. My policy is always when it is low IFR to stick with 'slow down and think before we even taxi' was compromised with other irrelevant task.
