Narrative:

I filed and flew IFR to a destination 900 ft overcast without filing an alternate. I filed at whiteman AFB. The air force's procedures are different. You fill out a different form. I filled out the form and then checked WX (in person, not over the phone). After getting WX, I forgot to update my flight plan with an alternate. Note: I landed at my destination on the first approach.
