Narrative:
I was flying my seaplane sbound at approximately 200 ft above the water in uncontrolled airspace, calm winds, smooth air, unrestr visibility. During the cruise flight, I noticed I was being followed by a police helicopter for approximately 15 mi. I was approximately 1000 ft from the shoreline.

Title: PLT OF AN SMA SEAPLANE WAS FOLLOWED BY A GOV HELI FOR SEVERAL MI DURING A LOW FLT OVER COASTAL WATERS ABOUT 1000 FT FROM SHORE. THE GOV HELI NEVER MADE ANY CONTACT WITH RPTR.
Narrative: I WAS FLYING MY SEAPLANE SBOUND AT APPROX 200 FT ABOVE THE WATER IN UNCTLED AIRSPACE, CALM WINDS, SMOOTH AIR, UNRESTR VISIBILITY. DURING THE CRUISE FLT, I NOTICED I WAS BEING FOLLOWED BY A POLICE HELI FOR APPROX 15 MI. I WAS APPROX 1000 FT FROM THE SHORELINE.
