Narrative:
Smf was still fueling aircraft just prior to gate departure. Fueling was not complete when fuel was checked on the 'before starting engines checklist.' glare shield wet compass mirror was raised to make note of the incomplete item. During taxi out fuel was checked and below release. Returned to gate for more fuel. Fueler got wrong fuel slip.

Title: S80 FLC FAILS TO XCHK FUEL SLIP WITH OTHER DOCUMENTATION PRIOR TO LEAVING GATE. ON TAXI OUT THEY FIND THE MISTAKE AND RETURN TO GATE FOR MORE FUEL.
Narrative: SMF WAS STILL FUELING ACFT JUST PRIOR TO GATE DEP. FUELING WAS NOT COMPLETE WHEN FUEL WAS CHKED ON THE 'BEFORE STARTING ENGS CHKLIST.' GLARE SHIELD WET COMPASS MIRROR WAS RAISED TO MAKE NOTE OF THE INCOMPLETE ITEM. DURING TAXI OUT FUEL WAS CHKED AND BELOW RELEASE. RETURNED TO GATE FOR MORE FUEL. FUELER GOT WRONG FUEL SLIP.
