Narrative:

Scheduled flight from stl-okc. Right CSD was disconnected before departure in stl due to high CSD oil temperature readings. Departed stl with APU generator operating right bus and normal left generator operation. During descent from FL310 to FL280 for arrival to okc, both left engine generator and APU generator dropped off line and would not reset. Xtie lockout light on. Emergency power selected and emergency declared to ATC requesting vectors to nearest suitable airport. ATC gave immediate vectors and descent to tul saying WX was VFR. At approximately 10000 ft, both generators came back on line and normal approach and landing made at tul. Passenger deplaned and continued by bus to okc.
