Narrative:

Flaps were extended during a visual approach. The warning horn sounded and could not be silenced. I called for additional flaps. The inboard flaps stuck at 15 degrees, outboards extended normally. Warning horn was stopped by pulling circuit breakers. Go around was accomplished. Appropriate checklists ran twice. On second time through checklist, inboard flaps extended. Prior to inboard flaps extending, 3 or 4 jolts were felt with no flap movement indicated on the gauge. Fire trucks were requested. No emergency was declared. A normal full stop landing followed.
