Narrative:

Runway 12 had been plowed for snow removal from left to right with a snowbank left by the plow 10 ft inside the right edge of the runway. Runway was ice covered in freezing drizzle with a 30 degree crosswind at 11 KTS. Immediately after touchdown, my right main got pulled into the 2 ft tall snowbank which yawed airplane completely into snowbank. The nosewheel folded up under pressure from the snowbank. I then had both propellers strike the ground and skidded to a stop just off the edge of the runway.
