Narrative:

Both RA's were with bwi approach. The first we were never advised of conflict and deviated 400 ft above 4000 ft assigned altitude. Aircraft second RA we were advised when RA was underway. Deviated 400 ft above 10000 ft assigned altitude. ATC was advised both times. ATC was very busy the first time but the second was with a citation that was cleared to climb through our altitude.

Title: ACR MDT MAINTAINING 10000 FT. 40 MI N OF BWI GOT TCASII RA TO CLB. GOT TO 10400 FT TO CANCEL RA. CTLR ADVISED A CITATION HAD BEEN CLRED TO CLB THROUGH HIS ALT.

Narrative: BOTH RA'S WERE WITH BWI APCH. THE FIRST WE WERE NEVER ADVISED OF CONFLICT AND DEVIATED 400 FT ABOVE 4000 FT ASSIGNED ALT. ACFT SECOND RA WE WERE ADVISED WHEN RA WAS UNDERWAY. DEVIATED 400 FT ABOVE 10000 FT ASSIGNED ALT. ATC WAS ADVISED BOTH TIMES. ATC WAS VERY BUSY THE FIRST TIME BUT THE SECOND WAS WITH A CITATION THAT WAS CLRED TO CLB THROUGH OUR ALT.
