Narrative:

On a scheduled flight from sat to dal I was cleared via the jen 1 arrival to dal. I misread and set into the FMC an incorrect DME fix. My error caused me to miss an assigned crossing altitude restr. I believe a contributing factor to my error was the lack of clear markings for altitude restrs and too much radio tuning on the new stars for the dal area.
