Narrative:

Upon reaching FL180 we never reset our altimeters to 29.92. After flying level at FL180 for probably 20 mins we noticed that we had not reset them and we did. The result was that we were really flying at 17500 ft. The captain noticed that we forgot to reset our altimeters. ATC never said anything to us about incident. We didn't say anything either of course.
