Narrative:

Takeoff fcm airport a climb to 3000 ft MSL was anticipated. We climbed an additional 800 ft into class B airspace to an altitude of 3800 ft due to a TCASII alert. When clear of conflict a descent to our planned altitude of 3000 ft MSL, then msp approach was called for TA's.
