Narrative:

I picked up my clearance and void time from FSS, rancho murieta radio. On the phone, I understood I was released and void if not off by 52 and callback with intentions. Travis approach advised me I was early on my release time. I asked the controller if there was going to be a problem and he said no, but he would talk with rancho murieta and make sure they understand proper procedure. It was a misunderstanding between FSS and me on the release.
